Deanne has over 20 years experience in work health and safety, human resources, management, organisational development and learning and development. With expertise across a wide range of industries in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
A former NSW Police Officer, WorkCover (now WorkSafe) NSW Inspector & WHS & HR executive for a number of iconic Australian and global companies before starting Insync Workplace Solutions in 2012, Deanne has a wealth of knowledge and experience and an amazing ability to be able to develop instant raport with people at all levels of an organisation and her programs are transformational. Deanne is well known for her innovative approach to leadership and organisation development through the application of Neuroscience, Modern Psychology, Mindfulness and other transformational methodologies. She has formal qualifications in work health and safety, policing, human resources, human factors, training, Executive & Leadership Coaching and change managment and is currently completing her Bachelor of Psychology. Deanne is also an accredited Lego Serious Play™ facilitator, Neuroscience of Leadership practitioner and is currently completing Judith E. Glaser’s Conversational Intelligence™ for Coaches (CIQ) program. A groundbreaking coaching framework based on the latest neuroscience research that is set to revolutionise the coaching industry.
