Our group fitness classes are perfect for keeping staff fit, healthy, motivated, energised and focused throughout the day.
Classes are held on site or we can find somewhere nearby if you don’t have the facilities at your workplace.
Classes can be held as a one-off session or run over an 8-10 week period (in line with school terms).
Our aim is to make our classes easy for everyone interested that’s why our classes are usually 45 minute sessions, allowing you time to get to class and back to work without too much disruption to your day. Times are flexible with options ranging from early morning before work, to lunchtimes, after work, during the day or event weekends.
Classes currently offered include:
Pilates is a low impact full body conditioning workout that integrates muscle control, breathing, flexibility, strength training and body awareness. . Pilates is gentle on the joints yet challenging on muscles and you are always given options during the class enabling you to work at your own pace and at a level that you feel comfortable with. Participating in just one class will leave you energised and rejuvenated, while regular participation helps to improve posture, strength and spine stabilisation and increase muscle strength and flexibility.
Pilates is suitable for all ages and/or fitness levels.
Base on sound physiological principles, regular yoga practice improves flexibility, stamina, endurance, balance, concentration and clarity. It is truly a whole of body experience that is proven to greatly reduce physical tension and mental stress……..perfect for our busy work lives.

Relaxation / Meditation
Our boot camp classes are our total outdoor (or indoor) fitness program. They combine strength, cardiovascular and flexibility work aimed at developing your core stability and muscle tone while increasing your fitness levels and endurance.
Boot camp is fun, challenging, highly motivating and packed full of variety. With options for all fitness levels, you will be amazed at the results you will achieve in just a few short weeks….what better way to spend time with your work colleagues!!
