The Introduction to Risk Management program is a half-day workshop that aims to provide participants with a general overview of Risk Management concepts, principles and processes and uses a combination of theory and practical exercises using real-life examples and case studies providing participants with hands-on experience in applying what they learn in this workshop to real life situations.
